HIGH SCHOOL: Carter is a 2003 graduate of Greeley (Colo.) High where she was a four-year letter-winner in cross country and track...Named to the Denver Post All-State Cross Country first team...Was a member of the Colorado 5A State Cross Country championship team. PERSONAL: Tori served as Miss Colorado Teen USA in 2004...Competes internationally in inline speed skating...Was a national Junior Olympic champion in speed skating and competed in France with the U.S. Inline World Tour...Her mother, Susan, ran track for Texas (1976-78) and was a two-time All-American...Her father, Douglas, was a member of the Professional Motorcycle circuit in both track and road...She is a cinema and television major at USC.
