THIS YEAR: Sophomore Jason Price came on as the season went on last year and will add to the Trojan depth in the sprints.

2007: Ran a career-best 400m of 48.16 in the preliminary round of the Pac-10 Championships on May 12 to qualify for the finals the next day. Placed ninth at the Pac-10 finals in the 400m with a time of 48.64. Finished fourth in the 400m at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on April 28 with a time of 48.78.

HIGH SCHOOL: Price prepped at De La Salle High in Concord, Calif...ran the third-fastest 400m all-time by a Spartan (48.28) in 2006...Also as a senior ran the first leg for the 4x400m relay team that set the school record with a time of 3:17.27.

PERSONAL: Jason was born on April 24, 1988 in Washington, D.C...Likes to play the tenor saxophome...He is a Business Administration and Finance major at USC.
