2008: Meyer, who enrolled at USC in the spring of 2008 after graduating a semester early from high school, will serve as a backup offensive guard as a first-year freshman in 2008. HIGH SCHOOL: His 2007 honors included Super Prep All-American, Prep Star All-American, ESPN 150, Super Prep Elite 50, Prep Star Dream Team, Super Prep All-Farwest, Prep Star All-West, Long Beach Press-Telegram Best in the West first team, Orange County Register Fab 15 and Tacoma News Tribune Western 100 as a senior offensive lineman at Lincoln High in Stockton (Calif.). He missed the last half of the 2007 season with a stress fracture in his foot. As a junior in 2006, he made Cal-Hi Sports All-State Underclass second team and All-Area first team. He started as a sophomore in 2005. He also played basketball at Lincoln. PERSONAL: He's a business administration major at USC. |
