USC quarterback Mark Sanchez has been named the Rivals.com National Player of the Week and the O'Brien National Quarterback of the Week for his performance in USC's 52-7 win at Virginia.

Earlier this week, Sanchez was named the Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Week for his 338-yard, 3-touchdown game against the Cavaliers.

He completed 26-of-35 passes in the game (tying his career high for completions). His yardage total was a career best. He hit on 12 straight passes at one point and completed 16-of-19 passes in the first half.
