Tucson, Ariz. - Senior Chris Botsford shot two rounds of 69 on Tuesday on his way to a career-low 210 to lead the No. 8 USC men's golf team to a fourth-place finish at the Ping Arizona Intercollegiate held at the Arizona National Golf Course.

USC shot 845 overall, 16 strokes behind tourney champion Arizona (829). UCLA was second (831) and Pepperdine was third (840).

Botsford's total tied him for 10th, seven strokes behind individual champ Chris Baryla of UTEP (203). Chris Nallen of Arizona was second (204), while his teammate Ricky Barnes tied with UCLA's Roy Moon for third (205).

Also for USC, sophomore Nico Bollini tied for 19th (212), sophomore Ben Hayes tied for 33rd (214), senior David Oh tied for 54th (219) and freshman Tyler Ley tied for 61st (221).

The Trojans are next in action at the Taylor Made Intercollegiate in Waikoloa, Hawaii on Feb. 13-15.
