USC sophomore Tim Sluiter was named Pacific-10 Conference Co-Golfer of the Month for November 2008, the Pac-10 announced on Thursday (Nov. 20). Washington's Nick Taylor was the other recipient.

Sluiter, a sophomore from Hattem, The Netherlands, tied for medalist honors with Taylor at the CordeValle Collegiate, each finishing at 4-under par for the tournament.

Sluiter fired a 70-70-72=212 in leading the Trojans to the team title by a whopping 26 strokes in the event, which featured five teams ranked in the top 25.

Sluiter also tied for 10th at the Fall Preview in September.
