2004:
Adriano Biasella played his first and only season of eligibility at USC in 2004... Transferred to USC in the fall of 2002 but was not declared eligible until the start of the dual match season of the following year... Competing at the top singles and doubles positions for much of the year, he completed the year with No. 29 ITA singles ranking and No. 41 doubles ranking with partner Johan Berg... Selected to compete in the 2004 NCAA Singles Championships, but fell in the first round... Named to the 2004 All-Pac-10 first team... Collected an 18-13 overall singles record, 14-11 mark in dual matches and 7-5 record against Pac-10 opponents... Went 6-10 at No. 1 and 4-1 at No. 2 singles... Also played one match at No. 3 (1-0) and three matches at No. 4 (3-0)... During the regular season, collected key upset victories over No. 5 Tobias Clemens of UCLA on March 2 and No. 23 Sam Warburg of Stanford on April 2... Enjoyed his best outings at the Pac-10 Tournament where he advanced to the main draw singles title match with an upset-victory over Washington's sixth-ranked Alex Vlaski in the semis... Was defeated by Warburg in the final... Played with five different doubles partners, but completed the season with Berg for a 8-9 overall record and 8-8 mark in dual matches at No. 1... Biasella spent one year (2001-02) at College of the Desert in Palm Desert, Calif. ... Played No. 1 singles and doubles during the 2002 season... Captured the 2002 Community College Championship in singles... Also won the 2002 Ojai Valley Singles Tournament in the men's community college division... Helped his team to the CCCTA 2002 Community College State Championship and captured the CCCTCA Individual Singles and Doubles Championships.

COLLEGIATE EXPERIENCE:
Biasella spent one semester (2001) at Vincennes (Ind.) University and played No. 1 singles and doubles... Advanced to the singles and doubles finals at the 2001 NJCAA Division II Championships... Named the 2001 NJCAA Men's Tennis Player of the Year.
