THIS SEASON: Artukovich returns as a quick and versatile player who stands out as a dangerous part of the Trojan counterattack.

2007: Artukovich scored nine goals as a sophomore... Struck in five games, notching a career-high five goals against UC Santa Cruz.

2006: Artukovich scored 10 goals as a true freshman... Scored an important goal in USC's 10-9 overtime win vs. UCLA.

NATIONAL TEAMS: Artukovich has trained with the U.S. National Team and has been a member of the U.S. Junior, Youth and Cadet teams... Is currently on the U.S. Junior National Team, competing in the 2007 FINA Junior World Championships and placing second at the Low Tatras Cup in Slovakia... Competed at the 2005 Junior World Championships and in the summer of 2006 at various tournaments and the 2006 Junior Pan American Games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Artukovich was named to the All-CIF Southern Section Division I First Team as a senior on the CIF champion Wilson High team, which won five straight titles... He was an All-CIF and all-league first teamer for three years... As a club player for Long Beach Shore, was named MVP of the 14-under group at the Junior Olympics... Won 18-under group at JOs playing with San Diego Shores.

PERSONAL: Artukovich has not declared a major... Parents are Mark and Tina... Has five sisters: Lucy, Christina, Andrea, Amanda and Nicole... Grandfather also attended USC... Lists Magic Johnson as his biggest sports hero... Birthdate is Oct. 26, 1988.
