Alyssa Dávila enters her second season at USC as a speedy part of the Trojan offense capable of finishing key attacks for the Women of Troy.
2007:
Dávila appeared in all 25 games as a freshman and started 11... Provided a team-high four game-winning goals... Her first career goal was a game-winner in overtime against Maryland... Finished with five goals and one assist for 11 points on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Dávila was a three-sport athlete at Upland High in Upland, Calif... Also ran cross country and track... Named 2007 CIF Southern Section Division I Offensive Player of the Year as its top scorer with 28 goals and 18 assists... Named LA Times and Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Player of the Year as a senior... A CIF and Daily Bulletin first-team selection in 2006 as a forward... CIF second team pick as a midfielder in 2005... Four-time All-Baseline League First Team selection... For cross country, was named to 2003 all-league first team...Upland soccer team reached 2007 CIF final and won 2006 CIF title... Played club with Arsenal Red (U12), Foothill Storm and Slammers FC... Slammers team won 2003 and 2005 USYS National Championship... An ODP player with the Cal South State Team from 2002-2006... Team reached Regional Championship final in 2005 and won title in 2006... An honor student.

Dávila has not decided on a major... Parents are Albert and Roberta... Has three brothers, Gabriel, Michael and her twin Albert, and two sisters, Brianne and Brittany... Father Albert was a World Boxing Council Bantam-Weight Champion... Lists her father as her biggest sports hero... Favorite movies include "Remember the Titans," "Pretty Woman" and "Wedding Crashers"... Birthdate is Oct. 14, 1989.
