NATIONAL TEAMS
Played with the Mexican Under-19 National Team as a senior in high school... Also trained with Mexico's U-20 National Team.
AT PIERCE COLLEGE
Gaxiola attended Pierce College in Los Angeles for two years... Earned First Team Western State Conference honors in 2005... Scholar Athlete both years and member of Dean's List... Scored game-winning goal in the first round of 2005 playoffs.

Gaxiola competed in soccer and track at John F. Kennedy High in Granada Hills, Calif.... A four-time All-Valley Mission League First Team selection... Four-time Scholar-Athlete... Named to Lancaster All-Tournament Team and All-City Second Team in 2004... Team captain 2002-04... JFK team won league title three straight years... An honor student.

Gaxiola is majoring in communications... Parents are Suzanne and Hector Hipolito... Has four brothers, John, Hector, Jesse and Marcos...
