THIS SEASON
Amy Rodriguez enters her third season as the Trojans' not-so-secret weapon up front. Her touch on the ball and dangerous scoring ability is coupled with an astute knack for setting up her teammates to generate USC's offensive strikes.

2006 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Missed USC's first four games while competing with the U.S. Under-20 National Team at the U-20 World Championships... Started 14 of 16 games upon her return... Scored the game-winning goal in USC's NCAA First Round upset of Santa Clara on Nov. 10... Finished with four goals and three assists... Had the game-winning goal and an assist in USC's win over Oregon State on Nov. 3 and tallied a goal and an assist against North Texas on Sept. 10... Fourth goal came against UNLV on Sept. 17... With two more game-winners, now holds six career game-winning goals to rank No. 8 all-time at USC.

2005 FRESHMAN SEASON
Rodriguez became the first Trojan since Isabelle Harvey to be named a NSCAA All-American (third team) and a SoccerBuzz All-American (honorable mention)... Was the 2005 Pac-10 Freshman of the Year... Named to the Soccer Times All-America Third Team... A SoccerBuzz Freshman All-American first-teamer and SoccerBuzz All-West Region first-teamer... Selected to the All-Pac-10 First Team and to the Pac-10 All-Freshman Team... Named Pac-10 Player of the Week and to the Soccer America National Team of the Week after scoring back-to-back game-winning goals in 1-0 wins over Arizona State (Nov. 4) and Arizona (Nov. 6)... Also scored against Cal on Oct. 30 to start a three-game scoring streak... Led the team with nine goals, 25 points and four game-winners.

NATIONAL TEAMS
Rodriguez is a member of the U.S. National Team and scored twice for the USA at the 2006 FIFA Under-20 Women's World Championships... Now has five caps with the full national team after three appearances at the 2006 Algarve Cup in Portugal... Earned her first two caps at the 2005 Algarve Cup... Was the only high school player on the U.S. roster for that tournament... Moved from the U.S. under-17 team in March 2004 to the under-19s and to the under-21s before joining the National Team roster in March 2005... Scored two goals and had two assists for the USA at the 2004 FIFA U-19 World Championships in Thailand, where the team won bronze... Holds six U-19 caps... Joined the U.S. national team circuit with the under-16 squad in 2001.

HIGH SCHOOL
The nation's top 2005 recruit, Rodriguez was named the 2005 Gatorade National Player of the Year as well as National Player of the Year by Parade Magazine, EA Sports and NSCAA after scoring 17 goals in 15 games for Santa Margarita High School in her senior season... Earned local honors as the Orange County Register Player of the Year and Girls Soccer Player of the Year, as well as Los Angeles Times' Girls' Soccer Player of the Year... An all-league selection and All-CIF honoree all fours years with Santa Margarita High in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.... Member of the honor roll and a Model United Nations Delegate at Santa Margarita HS... In 2005, won her second national championship with her club Laguna Hills Eclipse, beating USC teammate Meagan Holmes' team in overtime.
