THIS SEASON: Alexis DeMond, a 2009 junior, returns as one of USC's top springboard divers. 2008: DeMond competed in all three diving events at the 2008 Pac-10 Championships, taking seventh on 1-meter (245.75), 16th on platform (185.65) and 19th on 3-meter (238.65) ... At the 2008 NCAA Zone E Championships, she was 33rd on 3-meter ... At the Trojan Invitational, DeMond was third on 1-meter, fourth on 3-meter ... She earned 2008 Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors. 2007: DeMond, as a 2007 freshman was USC's top finisher in the springboard events at the 2007 Pac-10 Championships. She was seventh on 1-meter (249.10) and 12th on 3-meter (228.85) ... At the Trojan Diving Invitational, she was sixth on 3-meter. DeMond also saw some dual-meet action ...
