Garrett brings a wealth of club and international experience to USC and will have a chance to be a starter as a 2007 freshman.

She played for the 2007 Junior National Team that finished fourth at the Junior World Championship in Thailand and finished second overall in blocking among all players...helped the 2006 U.S. Junior National Team to the gold medal at the NORCECA Championship in Mexico...selected to the Youth National Team A2 in 2005.

Garrett was a 2007 Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 selection...played three years of varsity level volleyball at Laguna Beach (Calif.) High under coach Lance Stewart...earned 2006 Los Angeles Times and Orange County Register first team honors...member of the 2007 Orange County All-Star team...member of the 2006 CIF Division III championship squad...earned all-tournament honors in the 2006 state championship...earned All-CIF first team honors in her senior season...earned All-Pacific Coast League first team honors as a junior and senior...named most valuable player at the 2006 Dave Mons Tournament...earned All-Academy League second team honors as a freshman...member of the honor roll three years, earning over a 3.5 grade-point-average during that time...played club volleyball for TCA and Mizuno Long Beach...her team finished second in the 18 Open division at the 2006 and 2007 Junior Olympics...earned all-tournament team honors at the 2007 Junior Olympics...member of the back-to-back champions at the 2006 and 2007 Las Vegas Tournament...member of the 17 Open championship squad for TCA at the 2004 Junior Olympics.
