Final Stats

EUGENE, Ore. -- Gorana Maricic and Heather Meyers had 11 kills each Saturday as the No. 11 Oregon Ducks swept the No. 4 USC Women of Troy, 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-16), in a Pac-10 Conference match at McArthur Court. The Ducks hit .452 for the match as the Trojans committed 26 hitting errors on the night.

Freshman Alex Jupiter led USC with 12 kills and a .320 hitting clip (12-4-25).

Oregon improved to 13-3 overall, 2-2 in Pac-10 play while USC fell to 8-4 overall and 1-2 in conference.

Meyers hit .643 for the match (11-2-14) while Maricic hit .474 (11-2-19). Oregon outblocked USC by a 10-3 margin.

USC returns home to host Washington State on Friday (Oct. 10) at 7 p.m. and Washington on Saturday (Oct. 11) at 6 p.m. Both matches will be broadcast live on usctrojans.com, courtesy of TrojanTV All-Access.
