LOS ANGELES -- Former USC women's volleyball players April Ross and Jennifer Boss finished the 2008 SWATCH-FIVB Tour with victories at the Thailand Phuket Open and the season-ending Sayna Open in China. With the victories, the Boss-Ross team finished second in overall points, the highest American showing since Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh in 2003.

As the top seed, they lost in the third round in China and then won their final five matches. They defeated fellow Americans NIcole Branagh and Tyra Turner in three sets to win the Thailand Phuket Open.

The duo split $174,600 on the tour this season.
