LONG BEACH -- Junior Sofia Konoukh scored seven goals in the championship match as the No. 3 USC Trojans defeated the host Long Beach Staet 49ers, 15-6, at the Long Beach State Tournament. The Women of Troy went 6-0 in the two-day tournament, outscoring opponents by a 95-19 margin.

USC has won its last 14 straight matches.

The Women of Troy's outstanding freshmen goalie duo of Courtney Lee and Kelly Graff recorded two saves each in the championship match.

Konoukh now has a team-leading 86 goals for the season after recording 28 goals in six matches at the Long Beach State Tournament.
