What are the requirements for using the Nextel College Football Fan Package service?
Customer must first have either Full Service Premium Web ($15/month) or the National Unlimited Rate Plan.
How much does this service cost?
The Nextel College Football Fan Package is $2.50 per billing cycle through Jan. 31, 2004. Customer must also have either Full Service Premium Web ($15/month) or the National Unlimited NDC Plus Rate Plan. Nextel Online Service requires an Internet-ready phone. Additional applications have monthly access fees that may vary. Nextel reserves the right to restrict a customer's usage if it adversely affects network performance.
How do I cancel the Nextel College Football Fan Package?
To cancel the Nextel College Football Fan Package, call Nextel Customer Care by dialing 611 from your Nextel handset. If you would also like to cancel the Full Service Package, you must also specify that at the time of your call.
How do I bookmark the WAP site?
On your Nextel phone, go to www.wap.usctrojans.ocsn.com through "Business Tools" or by typing in the address. Then, press and hold the "Menu" button until the Browser Menu comes up. Click on "Mark Site." You'll have to input a bookmark name, or you can just keep the default name as listed. Click on the button marked "Save". That's it! The next time you want to go directly to the book marked site on your phone, just go to "Net", click on "Bookmarks", and find the bookmark for the site you just marked.

How can I change the alerts I receive?
You can edit your alerts by logging into your account at http://www.usctrojans.com/wireless/ - you will need your phone number plus your password or registration code.
I'm not getting messages sent to my phone.

When will I be able to download the complimentary USC fight songs and/or wallpaper?
We will send you a wireless message as well as an email with the appropriate website when the fight song and/or wallpaper is available for download.
How do I download the complimentary USC fight songs and/or wallpaper?
Visit www.nextel.com/idenupdate. If not already a member, register with the site.
To get the ring tone, select the "Patriotic/Folk Songs" ring tones category and then browse to find your school's ring tone. Select "Add to Card" and then select "View Cart/Check Out" to place the order. Then follow the instruction to download the ring tone over the air.
To get the wallpaper, select the "Sports" wallpapers category and then browse to find your school's wallpaper. Select "Add to Card" and then select "View Cart/Check Out" to place the order. Then follow the instruction to download the ring tone over the air.
